Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with cloud technologies or infrastructure through coursework or projects
• Familiarity with Python or Bash
• Working knowledge of Linux systems
• Basic understanding of AWS and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and observability initiatives across cloud infrastructure
• Assist with alert tuning to improve signal-to-noise ratio
• Build and enhance dashboards for system health visibility
• Contribute to automation using infrastructure-as-code and scripting
• Document processes and improvements for team use
