💼 About This Role

You'll drive agent conversion performance by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability to turn demand into closed deals. You will work directly with agents and field leadership to improve engagement and conversion. You'll be a trusted partner focused on outcomes and tool adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct, actionable coaching based on performance data
• Monitor agent performance across key metrics and create improvement plans
• Drive adoption of Compass and partnership tools impacting conversion
• Identify patterns in agent performance across markets and teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles
• Deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows
• Proven experience coaching or managing performance of sales professionals
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive behavior change

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with performance coaching frameworks
• Familiarity with Compass platform or similar proptech tools
