Description

As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of cloud and hypervisor cyber resilience solutions, driving the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will champion customer needs, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class products that protect critical infrastructure from cyber threats.

Requirements

• 10+ years product management experience in enterprise software, cloud, or SaaS
• 5+ years leading high-performing product management teams
• 3+ years hands-on with Agile (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
• Proven success bringing enterprise software products to market
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product line strategy for Cloud Hypervisor Cyber Resilience solutions
• Own requirements, specifications, release plans with customer-driven mindset
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to define and develop product experiences
• Inspire and align cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
• Recruit, retain, and lead top-tier product management talent
