You will join a dynamic team supporting AI-driven technology in financial services, helping clients manage retirement plans. Provide bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat, handling account activations, integrations, and technical troubleshooting for customers in English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in technical support or financial services
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall preferred
  • Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product inquiries
  • Deliver accurate guidance on retirement plan offerings (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
  • Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems to manage customer interactions
