- Respond to internal and external complaints and establish prevention measures
- Analyze and resolve critical issues for Coupang Eats services
- Manage policy for critical issue and abuse handling
- Monitor business service risks and develop risk management processes
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 4+ years of CS consultation and complaint handling experience
- Experience in government affairs related to business problem resolution
- Ability to formulate rapid response strategies and field response
