Description
In this role, you'll own IT operations, handling everything from end-user support and onboarding to system rollouts and automation. You'll manage identity systems, MDM platforms, and network infrastructure, directly supporting the business and its teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years IT support, systems administration, or technical operations
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently
- Strong expertise in Windows and macOS
- Hands-on with identity management platforms (Okta, Jumpcloud, Azure AD)
- Strong Google Workspace administration (3-5 years), MDM (Jamf, Intune), network (Meraki, Ubiquiti)
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for technical support and office technology
- Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and hardware setup
- Lead system implementations, integrations, and infrastructure projects
- Maintain identity management (Okta, Azure AD), Google Workspace, MDM (Jamf, Intune), network, SaaS tools
- Monitor systems, manage hardware lifecycle, enforce security best practices
