• Own the agent quote experience end-to-end

• Drive portfolio performance through product decisions
• Prioritize between tactical and strategic initiatives

• System-thinking to untangle complex user flows
• Builder mindset with multiple shipped products
• Stakeholder-whisperer across agents, underwriters, and business
• Design-oriented with strong UX sense in Figma
