🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead program kickoff meetings and define ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain advanced roadmap plans.
• Coordinate with teams, engineering leads, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate scoping and commitment tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing complex technology programs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for tracking
