You'll serve as the primary day-to-day contact for institutional accounts at a leading estate planning platform, managing onboarding and driving platform adoption across client teams. You'll coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to resolve issues and improve workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier financial institutions and contribute directly to enterprise growth.

- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned institutional accounts
- Manage onboarding and deployment of new users
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance teams
- Monitor platform usage and identify engagement opportunities
- Support client meetings and quarterly business reviews
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in client management or account management within financial services
- Proven track record managing high-value client accounts
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- SaaS platform fluency and organizational skills
