Description

You will manage the assigned Liquid Making Shift operation and personnel, coordinating with the Packaging Team Leader to ensure production is achieved safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You'll also optimize processes to improve safety, quality, or efficiency in a third-shift, on-site role.

Requirements

• 8+ years in production environment (batch making preferred) or as Plant Services/Quality Services technician or production technical support
• 5+ years leading people
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
• Familiarity with weighing, batching, and multi-tank processes
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedule and overcome constraints to deliver on time
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, and QA standards
• Provide guidance to the team and enforce safety procedures
• Evaluate performance and manage time-off for 3rd shift staff
• Identify, write, and audit SOPs and Work Instructions
