• Lead efficient and scalable interview processes balancing speed with quality

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions
• Experience with creative sourcing strategies for diverse pipelines
• Strong communication skills to build trust with hiring managers and candidates
• Data-literate and process-oriented approach to recruiting
