You'll lead a high-impact cloud engineering team supporting large-scale SaaS infrastructure handling billions of annual requests. You'll drive operational excellence and optimize infrastructure costs while partnering with engineering, product, and finance stakeholders. This fully remote leadership role combines hands-on technical leadership with organizational influence in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud platform engineers.
• Oversee scalability, reliability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize AWS-based environments including EKS/Kubernetes clusters.
• Drive operational excellence via improved CI/CD, GitOps, and observability.
• Partner with finance to manage cloud costs and implement FinOps strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles with at least 5 years managing cloud infrastructure teams.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS/Kubernetes, IAM, VPC, RDS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and modern DevOps workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of GitOps methodologies, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.

• Experience with Cloudflare technologies including WAF, CDN, or edge infrastructure services.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and zero-trust architectures.
