You'll design and deliver engaging training content and live sessions for the GTM team. You'll directly impact new hire ramp time and team performance by executing enablement plans for product launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build interactive training content and e-learning modules
• Lead live training sessions and new hire bootcamps
• Execute enablement plans for new product features
• Administer enablement tech stack and drive tool adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Sales, Enablement, or Instructional Design
• Direct outbound sales experience as a manager or top rep
• Experience building outbound prospecting enablement programs
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills for live and virtual training

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with LMS administration (Lessonly, WorkRamp)
• Previous customer-facing role (SDR, AE, CSM)
