You will lead capital raising and investor relations at Polychain Capital, a premier digital asset investment fund. You'll build a pipeline of institutional investors, mentor the IR team, and serve as a key ambassador to enhance the firm's brand and drive sales.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in business development or investor relations
• Foundational understanding of crypto concepts and markets
• Quantifiable track record of converting prospects into sales and funding
• Substantial domestic and international travel expected

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust pipeline of prospective fund investors through networking and relationship-building
• Manage and mentor the internal Investor Relations team, overseeing communications and reporting
• Serve as a prominent ambassador, enhancing brand reputation via targeted outreach
• Manage budget for travel and events to support business development
• Document all investor engagements in CRM for tracking and analysis
