You will serve as L2 support for technical issues across a mixed Mac and Windows environment, manage A/V systems, and drive IT process improvements. You'll work independently while collaborating with global IT teams to maintain high service levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT Support or Workplace Technology
  • 3+ years in an enterprise environment with 1000+ employees
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Proven experience with enterprise A/V and conferencing technologies
  • Strong Mac and Windows configuration and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as L2 support for Mac and Windows environments, with occasional L3 involvement
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problems in ServiceNow
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring and high-impact issues
  • Ensure operational readiness of meeting rooms and collaboration systems
  • Manage IT asset and inventory lifecycle
