Description

You will service, maintain, and repair generators and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites, ensuring reliable operation of critical power and cooling infrastructure. This role offers industry-leading training and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year generator/HVAC service experience or technical school training preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel extensively and work nights/weekends/on-call
• Ability to meet DOT driver requirements and pass drug screen/background check

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair generators and HVAC systems at telecom sites
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks
• Conduct basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance
• Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports
• Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters
