You'll support the Head of Legal and Compliance in maintaining and enhancing AML/BSA compliance programs for a fast-growing fintech platform. Your work will ensure compliance controls are integrated across products while you collaborate with engineers to optimize compliance technology tools. This part-time role offers the chance to lead compliance operations in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in overseeing the AML/BSA compliance program
• Support implementation and tuning of transaction monitoring systems
• Review and refine KYC/KYB and sanctions screening procedures
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize compliance technology tools

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or fintech compliance
• CAMS or similar professional certification
• Working knowledge of transaction monitoring operations
• Hands-on familiarity with compliance technology platforms (Alloy, ComplyAdvantage)

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience mentoring junior compliance analysts
• Knowledge of FinCEN, OFAC, CFPB regulations
