You'll join the Technical Support Team at Varicent, the leader in Sales Performance Management SaaS. You'll troubleshoot complex queries and resolve technical challenges for customers using SaaS solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot technical problems and collect detailed problem descriptions
• Communicate investigation progress with clients and update CRM records
• Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases
• Share best practices for Varicent product utilization and deployment

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience
• Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting
• CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher
