Description

You will improve key financial metrics for Coupang's Retail P&L by analyzing data, tracking trends, performing root cause analysis, and communicating insights to senior leaders to drive decision-making.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in business partnering or FP&A in retail/tech (eCommerce preferred)
• Highly analytical with strong business sense
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide insights
• Strong Excel skills
• SQL skills and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L
• Set ambitious goals and implement concrete plans in ambiguous situations
• Track metrics and analyze trends to provide business visibility
• Perform root cause analysis using data for actionable insights
• Communicate with senior leaders and recommend corrective measures
