💼 About This Role

You'll ensure seamless integration of engineering and manufacturing with our supplier network. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier quality and perform root-cause analysis. This role offers the chance to shape supplier quality programs at a cutting-edge space startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own supplier quality and create framework for programs
• Collaborate on new product introduction with DFM input
• Evaluate suppliers through audits and capability assessments
• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues using root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supplier quality engineering
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, DMAIC, 8D
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Familiarity with space system components and materials
• Understanding of GD&T (ANSI Y14.5-2009 or 2018)
