You'll deliver one-on-one and group Japanese lessons to employees at Woven by Toyota, supporting their communication skills in a diverse workplace. You'll create long-term learning plans tailored to each learner's needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct one-on-one and group Japanese lessons for employees
• Teach according to the curriculum guidelines
• Create long-term learning plans for each learner
• Participate in assigned project activities such as curriculum development

📋 Requirements

• Japanese proficiency: Native
• English proficiency: Conversational
• One of: Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test pass
• One of: Japanese Language Teacher Training Course 420 hours completion

✨ Nice to Have

• Teaching experience (5+ years Japanese education, 3+ years corporate education)
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs)
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum
