💼 About This Role

You'll provide Tier 2 support for video conferencing equipment and in-room AV technology for a global client. Your core impact is resolving technical issues and conducting root cause analyses to improve service uptime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve Tier 2 AV/VC equipment issues and software configurations
• Monitor and resolve automated VC conference room alerts
• Provide white glove support for C-suite and high-level management
• Assist with event support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events

📋 Requirements

• Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone hardware knowledge
• AV/VC signal flow expertise
• Ability to perform break-fix tasks within SLA targets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with broadcast events and live productions
• Knowledge of client proprietary tools
