You'll find and close real-estate and land transactions for a telecom infrastructure investment firm, managing the full deal lifecycle from lead to closing. Your work directly fuels expansion of wireless and renewables infrastructure across Greece. This role offers a high level of autonomy and performance-based commission.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead to closing)
  • Act as first point of contact for prospective clients using consultative sales
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and closing targets
  • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR/NPV
  • Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing
