๐ผ About This Role
You'll find and close real-estate and land transactions for a telecom infrastructure investment firm, managing the full deal lifecycle from lead to closing. Your work directly fuels expansion of wireless and renewables infrastructure across Greece. This role offers a high level of autonomy and performance-based commission.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead to closing)
- Act as first point of contact for prospective clients using consultative sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and closing targets
- Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
- Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes
- Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR/NPV
- Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing
