💼 About This Role

You'll manage accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting for Deel's partner programs and benefits offerings. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls while collaborating with Product, Partnerships, and Operations teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with global partners across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage accounting processes for partner programs and revenue sharing
• Record and reconcile partner commissions and program incentives
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations for monthly close
• Communicate with external partners to resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS
• Experience with financial close, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, product, and partnerships
