You'll act as a value engineering leader within Celonis' go-to-market organization, building data-driven business cases for Tier-1 financial institutions. You'll drive end-to-end value journeys, from health check assessments to strategic transformation roadmaps with ranked initiatives and projected ROI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map end-to-end banking processes to AI-driven use cases
• Build data-backed business cases with ROI frameworks
• Deliver proof-of-value projects for global Tier-1 banks
• Facilitate C-suite workshops and present executive-ready cases

📋 Requirements

• 10 years in banking and financial services
• Management Consulting experience in strategy and operations
• Deep knowledge of capital markets and front-to-back banking processes
• Proven track record of value realization and driving operational efficiencies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or SAP IBP
• Technical fluency in SQL, Python, or LLM/AI deployment
