💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and order fulfillment. You'll lead customer onboarding and ensure seamless order processing through system integration and automation. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a global team and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead new customer onboarding and vendor setup.
• Monitor order compliance and train China CSR team.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers for fulfillment issues.
• Resolve customer inquiries and billing disputes.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of logistics and customer service experience.
• Fluency in German, English, and Polish.
• Experience in order fulfillment and inventory management.

• Experience in coordinating with 3PL or co-packing.
• System integration or EDI mapping experience.
