💼 About This Role

You'll manage a multi-disciplinary programme for Helsing's next-generation aircraft, ensuring clarity and pace across strategy and delivery. Your work will directly accelerate aircraft development through strong processes and partnerships. You'll gain exposure across software, systems engineering, flight physics, and aerodynamics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the programme rhythm across Chief Engineering, Product, and Programme Leadership teams
• Translate engineering requirements into clear delivery plans with lean processes
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with external aerospace partners
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to align on shared programme objectives

📋 Requirements

• Technical degree in aerospace, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or related field
• Aerospace industry experience navigating technical frameworks and processes
• Cross-functional programme coordination with concrete outcomes
• Fluency in German and English for technical and senior stakeholder communication
