You'll ensure on-orbit mission operations meet technical and service-level objectives, serving as the technical link between development and operations. Your core impact involves driving decisions that affect constellation performance with technical insight. This role offers the chance to shape scalable, reliable services using model-based engineering and validated asset profiles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical quality of mission operations during on-orbit service period.
• Define high-level structure and performance requirements of asset profiles.
• Manage fleet-wide changes when CONOPS are updated.
• Collaborate with SRE and Platform teams to codify lessons learned into operational standards.

📋 Requirements

• BSc in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years in system performance monitoring and anomaly resolution.
• Solid understanding of space system behavior including thermal dynamics and RF communications.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years supporting operations of multi-satellite constellations.
• Knowledge of asset profiling and system models.
• Experience with ground-segment tooling or SRE practices.
