💼 About This Role

You'll own the full operational lifecycle of Darkroom's proprietary Flight Plan infrastructure for e-commerce clients, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. You'll ensure every client's Flight Plan is properly deployed and maintained, driving meaningful business insights through real-time dashboards and P&Ls. This fully remote role offers high ownership and direct client partnership with US-based e-commerce founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client Flight Plan lifecycle from onboarding to deployment
• Monitor health and accuracy of client dashboards and P&Ls
• Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure gaps or inefficiencies
• Ensure clients actively use and benefit from Flight Plan insights

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred)
• Experience with Python for automation and APIs
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
• Fluency in English and comfort in client-facing roles

• Experience with Shopify and Amazon Central data schemas
• Eagerness to integrate AI tools into workflow
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
