Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-office and via telehealth. Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, perform procedures, and supervise NP or PA colleagues. Continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed within the last year an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board Eligible or completed residency within last year and scheduled for next Board Exam
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

Responsibilities
