You'll be the primary Talent Scout and Brand Ambassador for a creative AI tech company, sourcing and engaging top talent across technical and non-technical roles. You'll own the candidate journey from first contact to final decision, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our unique culture. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage technical and non-technical talent using creative methods.
• Design streamlined interview processes with Recruiting Leads.
• Run career fairs, university events, and community meetups.
• Analyze sourcing channels and optimize recruitment campaigns.

📋 Requirements

• Solid recruiting experience in tech/software industries.
• End-to-end recruitment with strong talent sourcing track record.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Good at deciphering recruiting data and spotting insights.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in recruiting marketing (social posts, talent events).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby.
• Knowledge of Taiwan work permit and ARC processes.
