Description

You will lead the evolution of PandaDoc's Document Experience, owning strategy and execution for core document creation, collaboration, and AI-powered workflows. This senior hands-on role involves guiding multiple squads, integrating AI capabilities, and shaping the long-term product direction to help customers move faster from ideas to finalized agreements.

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end
• Familiarity with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content)
• Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features with UX definition and rollout strategies
• Strong communicator who simplifies complexity and aligns cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences
• Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows from drafting to completion
• Integrate AI capabilities into document experiences with focus on real user outcomes
• Define product direction for modern document systems blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows
• Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models
