💼 About This Role

You'll drive rapid referral activation and early utilization growth at newly launched Aquablation Therapy sites, acting as an extension of the regional commercial team. Your core impact will be training office staff, optimizing referral pathways, and ensuring operational readiness during the first 90–120 days of new program launches. This role stands out for its focus on tough challenges and requires exceptional execution to make a visible impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with ASM/TM to activate Aquablation patient pathways post-launch.
• Train office staff on patient identification, scheduling, and referral flow.
• Collaborate on billing, coding, and pre-authorization readiness.
• Track patient flow, conversion rates, and reimbursement turnaround times.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5–12 years in medical device sales or commercial operations
• Strong understanding of referral dynamics and hospital workflows
