You'll partner with Sales to help organizations transform risk, audit, and compliance management using the Diligent One Platform. Your core impact is translating customer pain points into compelling solution narratives that drive deal progression. This role uniquely blends domain expertise with commercial storytelling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver tailored software demonstrations to senior stakeholders
• Translate risk/audit challenges into solution narratives
• Design solution architectures aligning with customer objectives
• Provide customer feedback to Product teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, or GRC
• Experience with SaaS solutions or strong interest in customer-facing role
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST RMF frameworks
• Experience in a commercial customer-facing environment
• Knowledge of modern GRC platforms
