💼 About This Role

You'll join Novellia, a healthcare data platform, to build scalable backend services and integrate AI features that process health records at scale. Your work will transform fragmented health data into life-changing insights for millions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and own end-to-end feature development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop backend services and processing pipelines for healthcare data
• Integrate and optimize AI components including LLMs
• Collaborate with frontend, data, and AI teams for seamless user experiences
• Own end-to-end feature development from conception to deployment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development with scalable distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with message queues, data streaming platforms, and vector databases
• Experience using LLMs with LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards
