Description

You will lead and coach a large team of engineers building and operating observability systems that handle tens of billions of metrics and petabytes of logs and traces. You'll contribute to architecture, collaborate across teams, and drive best practices for reliability and performance at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional software development
• 4+ years people management experience
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems
• Skilled in writing large-scale backend systems in a compiled language
• Experience with cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of up to 10 engineers
• Design and architect high-volume ingestion systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features
• Participate in on-call rotation and support escalations
• Drive best practices for monitoring, reliability, and performance
