Description

You will own the full-cycle sales process—from prospecting and discovery to demos, trials, and closing—for an AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform. You'll balance high-volume outreach with strategic deal management, helping SMB leaders transform their legal and finance operations.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle sales experience managing deals from lead generation to close
  • B2B software sales experience preferred, especially deals in $20k–$40k range
  • Self-starter comfortable building own book of business through outreach
  • Ability to switch between tasks like cold calls and high-level demos without losing momentum
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through research, personalized emailing, and outbound outreach
  • Lead prospects through discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and final negotiations
  • Translate AI capabilities into business value for SMB leaders
  • Manage pipeline with Salesforce and Gong, forecast and prioritize activity against KPIs
  • Participate in team coaching and training sessions to refine sales skills
