💼 About This Role

You'll join a veterinary emergency hospital providing life-saving care to pets and support to their owners. You'll assist with triage, treatments, and diagnostics while growing your skills through guided training pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming patients and guide them toward care
• Assist with treatments, nursing care, and diagnostics like bloodwork and imaging
• Set up and monitor anesthesia, sedation cases, IV fluids, and blood transfusions
• Support patient rounds and ensure continuity of care

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years in a veterinary assistant role
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with practice management software
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg on own and assist with up to 40 kg

• Enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency or specialty veterinary experience
