You'll own the recruiting strategy for a business unit, building talent pipelines and driving world-class hiring while partnering with stakeholders to close monthly requirements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Measure recruitment metrics and oversee candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (non-tech hiring)
• Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing expertise
• Experience leading hiring for a business unit or corporate function
• Proficiency in MS-Excel for data analysis and dashboards
