You will own and architect the travel and expense program at Anthropic, from policy and vendor negotiations to AI-powered automation. You'll lead a team, build best-in-class processes, and ensure compliance across global entities.

Requirements

• 12+ years T&E/corporate travel experience at a high-growth tech company
• 7+ years in leadership with direct reports
• Deep platform expertise in Navan and Brex or equivalent
• Executive travel program ownership
• Cross-functional partnership skills with senior teams

Responsibilities

• Design and own multi-year T&E strategy for best-in-class policy, cost management, employee experience, and compliance
• Build and maintain global T&E policy framework with system-level controls
• Lead cross-functional T&E governance with Security, Legal, HR, and Finance
• Drive cost savings through hotel RFPs, airline agreements, and vendor negotiations
• Oversee executive travel compliance and tax implications
