Description

As an Enrollment Advisor at Revero, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through the enrollment process and helping them understand how the program can help them achieve their health goals. You'll conduct intake calls, monitor patient progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls with prospective patients, explaining the program and generating excitement
• Monitor patient progress through the onboarding pipeline
• Help with scheduling provider onboarding calls and follow up on health information submission
• Assist patients in scheduling labs and submit lab orders on their behalf
• Provide ongoing support to help patients complete enrollment
