Description

You will lead the infrastructure that powers Abnormal's recruiting engine, focusing on ATS migration, workflow optimization, data integrity, and automation. Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems and AI-enabled workflows that improve recruiter productivity.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years in recruiting operations, talent systems, or infrastructure-focused roles.
• Experience configuring and optimizing a modern ATS; experience with Greenhouse required.
• Experience leading ATS implementations or major reconfigurations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience improving data integrity and leveraging AI tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational challenges.
• Experience partnering with HR, Finance, IT, or Security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for recruiting systems (Greenhouse, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Crosschq) and ensure effective configuration.
• Oversee ATS administration and optimization, leading system enhancements and integrations.
• Conduct audits of systems, workflows, and data integrity to identify inefficiencies and compliance risks.
• Lead recruiting operations initiatives such as process automation, compliance enhancements, and technology integrations.
• Design and refine recruiting workflows for consistency, compliance, and scalability.
• Strengthen data integrity and reporting reliability by standardizing fields and building dashboards.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align recruiting systems with business priorities.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Partner with AI and People Tech teams to design intelligent workflows across recruiting platforms.
• Design AI-enabled knowledge systems for recruiter self-service and documentation.
• Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools for recruiter productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate tool performance and ROI.
