You'll own HR data, reporting, and workforce insights at a national legal services leader. Your core impact is transforming raw data into actionable intelligence to support 5-year growth goals. This role offers the chance to build the people analytics function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards in UKG Pro and BI tools.
• Audit HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems.
• Lead onboarding data management and reporting across departments.
• Provide workforce insights and support strategic planning cycles.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR analytics or HRIS administration.
• Strong proficiency with UKG Pro (UltiPro) report writing and data administration.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of TalentLMS or Lattice.
• Familiarity with EEO-1 and VETS-4212 compliance reporting.
