💼 About This Role

You'll lead cost estimating for mission-critical data center projects, serving as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams. You'll drive bid preparation and value engineering to ensure competitive, accurate proposals. This role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to impact hyperscale and colocation projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop detailed take-offs and cost models for civil, mechanical, electrical scopes
• Prepare bid packages, RFP responses, and prequalification documents
• Lead internal estimate review sessions with leadership
• Support project handoffs by providing budgets and scope notes

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of cost estimating or sales engineering in data center environments
• Experience preparing estimates for large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and low-voltage scopes
• Proficiency in estimating software and advanced Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools
• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center customers
• Exposure to lifecycle cost analysis or CAPEX/OPEX evaluations
