💼 About This Role

You'll partner with mid-sized customers to drive revenue transformation using Gong's AI Operating System. You'll design workflows, drive adoption, and realize business results across the revenue lifecycle. This role offers the chance to shape revenue intelligence for industry-leading clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior GTM leaders on revenue transformation strategy
• Map current processes to AI-driven workflows for revenue outcomes
• Execute adoption initiatives to embed Gong into daily team rhythms
• Use data to quantify business outcomes and demonstrate ROI

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in customer success, account management, or similar B2B SaaS role
• Proven ownership of VP and C-suite stakeholder relationships
• Experience driving value and ROI conversations with senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
