🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain release infrastructure for deployment pipelines
• Drive technical strategy for release and observability systems
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, low-friction releases
• Improve end-to-end release process from code merge to production

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience building backend/infrastructure systems
• Strong proficiency in Go, Java, Kotlin, or Python
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tooling (metrics, logs, tracing)
• Knowledge of SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets)
• Track record of improving release processes
