Description

Lead the evolution of our Core Platform that powers Industrial AI products. You will drive platform strategy, work with engineering to build foundational systems for data management, identity access, and APIs, and enable scalable, secure delivery of AI-driven optimization to industrial customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 7+ years in Product Management, owning complex areas end-to-end
• Experience building and scaling core platform capabilities such as user management and access control (SSO, RBAC), data ingestion and streaming, platform APIs and integrations
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and/or hybrid/on-prem deployments
• Able to turn unclear problems into clear plans and shipped outcomes

Responsibilities

• Set and manage the Core Platform roadmap and priorities
• Focus platform work on scale, security, reliability, and faster product delivery
• Build and improve core capabilities: data foundations, identity access (SSO/RBAC), APIs and integration tools
• Learn needs and pain points from product teams, implementation, and customers
• Turn input into clear requirements, success measures, and rollout plans
