You will lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives from concept through delivery, partnering with creatives, strategists, and technologists to bring ambitious ideas to life on time and on budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in project management or agency environments
• Familiarity with creative and production workflows
• Proficiency in Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, Miro
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+)
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production from concept through execution and delivery
• Translate creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
• Define scope, allocate resources, and manage cross-team expectations
• Drive meetings and communications to keep stakeholders aligned
• Anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively
