🎯 What You'll Do

• X-ray characterization of crystalline thin films
• Correlate material quality with device performance
• Provide timely feedback to improve growth/deposition
• Develop novel metrologies into standard operating procedures

📋 Requirements

• MS or PhD in material science or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience with x-ray characterization
• 3+ years of industry experience with STEM/EDS, SEM, SIMS, AFM, SE, Raman, XPS
