Description

You will build and execute Anthropic's events strategy across EMEA, creating high-impact programs that advance business relationships and support safe AI development. You'll own strategic events from planning to execution, work with sales and marketing teams, and drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 12+ years B2B marketing experience with strategic event management and field marketing in EMEA
• Hands-on in-house event marketing experience for a B2B software company, startup preferred
• Proven self-starter able to build sophisticated programs with small teams
• Strong project management skills for complex multi-country programs
• Exceptional budgeting and financial management with field marketing budgets

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event and field marketing strategies across EMEA
• Plan and manage Anthropic-hosted events, executive roundtables, and customer events
• Evaluate and activate premium third-party events aligned with business goals
• Build scalable event frameworks and processes from scratch
• Measure program effectiveness including pipeline impact and ROI
